They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I didn't love my beauty treatment, but I didn't hate it either. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
