ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. So I asked for the most simple, basic thing you can ask for in a haircut. I just wanted a trim. In fact, I said, I just want the slightest trim possible, just enough to get rid of the split ends, because I have been growing my hair out long for my wedding in a couple weeks. I said I need it long for the wedding. I specifically said NO layers, just a slight trim. Apparently, the girl was braindead. What did I end up with? TWO and a HALF INCHES CUT OFF! AND LAYERS!! She has completely ruined my wedding day for me. Nice to know I spent 5K on photos that will look like shit now that she has butchered my hair.

This establishment does not care for their customers, or their stylists. They want stylist to rush through haircuts and only care for the money that doing numerous haircuts can bring. For any new stylists looking for a job, don't go there, unless you can cut hair in 20 minutes or less. A friend of mine was hired as a stylist, and even though they were aware from the beginning that this was her first real work experience as a stylist, and had said they would give her time to build up her speed for cutting, she was terminated after only 2 haircuts, because they said she was too slow. No complaints from the customers on the hair cuts only from the asst. manager about the time it took for the cuts. They should be ashamed of themselves and should remember when they were newly out of school.
