I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

I like their prices. They offer reasonable prices on coloring. I have been going there for about two years, after my favorite salon became too expensive, even for partial highlights. I try to stay with one hairdresser, but have switched to several and have never had a bad experience. Some of the girls actually give fabulous haircuts; my favorite has always been Marcy. This shop offers first come/first serve, but there have always been enough girls on staff to accommodate within 30 minutes usually. It is located in a mall with a Marshall's, so I will just go over there to wait out some time.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Not too much, but somewhat

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Absolutely not. I looked like an overgrown poodle when I left.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Awful, Awful, Awful, service. Left after waiting for hour and listening to a bunch of women gossip. Went to Supercuts instead and had my hair cut in ten minutes. Will never go to Cutting Crew again.
