I was able to make an appointment with them, and get in very quickly. I didn't have to wait long at all. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. It seemed like the genuinely enjoyed helping me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other salons I have been to.The stylist (LIsa) that took care of me was extremely professional and courteous. She did a great job !!!! I will see her again. Thanks for the great job.

I stopped into this location for a quick mens haircut. As usual I signed in on the sheet while one stylist was working with a client another was on her cell phone. I then sat down and waited for my name to be called. The stylist that was on her cell phone started yelling at whoever she was talking to and calling them a "retard, you must be retarded to do that" "you're a retard"
I was about to leave when another stylist showed up, apparently late by the reaction of the other stylists. This gentleman was my stylist. Upon sitting down I smelled the foul odor or cigarette smoke. I believe that he must have smoke a pack without taking a shower. After holding my breath for 10 minutes my haircut was finally over, and ultimately I think he did a poor job, but I wasn't about to ask him to fix it as I could not stomach the stench of cigarettes anymore.
I would definitely not go back to this establishment nor would I recommend anyone go there, it was terrible.
