Jessica is an extremely caring and nonjudgmental health professional. I was quite amazed at how long my session was, she really cares about your needs, and take all the time needed to meet your needs. her office staff/ receptionist is very sweet and caring as well. I think practicing acupuncture may be harder than one might think, as my only request/ or suggestion is that she had more office hours. She does compensate for this by inputting appts ahead of time, which is a smart thing to do, if you are in pain and are really in need of her services. I have been to at least 3 other acupuncturists, and have found Jessica to be the most thorough. I went to a different acupuncturist and he only placed but four or five needles, where Jess has done 4 times that amount.Her technique is meticulous, and she does not cause any pain. I usually prefer massages, to acupuncture, but the latter lasts longer for pain relief; she is passionate about her work, and the results you receive. She also has a system to help you ascertain the relief you are experiencing, which is brilliant! So often, with increasing patient populations and high demands, the patient's needs and outcomes are forgotten. This is not the case at Elements in Healing, for she has proven herself to be very interested in providing you with a positive experience and outcome. I would highly recommend her.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Does this acupuncturist always put the client first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Somewhat, they could've used more help
