They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication?
Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
