I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

While we had to wait for about 30 min. in the full waiting room, a homeless lady came into the office 3 times and asked to use the restroom. Each time, the receptionist let her into the back of the office. Every time the lady exited the restroom, the smell she left went through the entire office! Then, when we were finally called back, the office is totally dirty, all of their equipment is old looking and it seems like the assistants all use one or two of the same machines, they kept swapping them from room to room. The office is VERY VERY dirty, and the front desk staff is really in need of a customer service training.

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. Dr Newman sometimes treats health concerns as nothing more than me being a hypochondriac. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but sometimes on a Saturday if the office is empty, they will close without any notice. I walked in, the office was dark, however Dr. Newman was gracious enough to see me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait too long for them to show up.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had some interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Very caring & good with patients
