If there is such a thing as a 'good experience' having plastic surgery, this would be it! I had a face and neck lift as well as a temple lift and skin resurfacing. The staff is terrific, all very welcoming, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Every time I or my daughter called the office after my surgery we were immediately transferred to a nurse. Never did they say I will take a message and have someone call you back no matter when we called. My family was very impressed with the care I received and I am very happy with my results. I have had two previous surgeries with Dr. Fechner and these are the reasons I continue to come back. I really cannot say enough about Dr. Fechner and his staff, they truly are a great example of what all medical facilities should strive to be!

I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, made me comfortable and answered all questions I had pre and post surgery. Phone calls to the office were easy, no wait and staff took their time, no rushing. Dr. Fechner did a great job, I already have a family member booking a surgery with Dr. Fechner!

Dr. Fechner did a rhinoplasty revision, brow and temple lift. The results are subtle but wonderful! My skin looks smooth! I look pretty and refreshed. He is very talented, but also really listens to what you are trying to achieve, realistic about it. His staff is all excellent as well, approachable- answered my questions and took great care of me. I am very happy!

This experience was transformative for me - physically, psychologically, and emotionally. I feel like a better natural version of myself.
