I have been a patient of Dr. Ho for over ten years, and each time I have seen him for back and sciatic pain I have received relief. I have always found him to be professional and caring and extremely competent. I appreciate the concern and care I have received from his staff as well. When my husband was experiencing neck pain, an injection or two from Dr. Ho cured his problem. I would recommend Dr. Ho and his staff very highly.

Dr. Lai and his staff are the best in Southern California. Dr Lai's expertise, compassion and excellent bedside manner are all reasons I recommend him to anyone I know that is suffering from pain.

Borderline rude staff and the physician was not informative. I wanted to know why I was having pain and what my options were. I don't think that was too much to ask but I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. They kept pressuring me to get injections into my back before knowing what was going on. Truly not a good experience and I don't recommend them.

over priced!!! I don't really know who is responsible for this but it feels like they pretty much tricked me to continue my physical therapy with them. After the first visit, I asked how much I would have to owe for each visit and their response was "nothing". After the first 4 visits I was too busy with work to continue my therapy and had to stop going for a little over a month. At that time they sent me an email saying that I owe them over $550 for just the four visits and that is even after the deductible and the insurance coverage. They are not honest and only out to get your money. The entire staff was very nice and friendly, but i am very disappointed with their service
