Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their state-of-the-art facility offers some of the latest equipment in orthopedic surgery I have ever seen. It was such a relief to know they had such an outstanding and impressive facility. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
