I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment after I saw how attentive they were to my child.
One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Being new to the area, I was concerned that I'd be able to find a good opthalmologist to treat my 3 young sons, who all have eye issues. I have never been more pleased with a medical office, from getting set up as a new patient right down to the exam experience, Dr. Tong's office is top notch. The staff is courteous, efficient, and articulate. Appointments run on time and are never rushed. My kids respond well to the doctor, who engages them on an appropriate level without patronizing them. All of my questions about treatment have been answered promptly and thoroughly, including a question I had several weeks after one of our appointments. I simply called, explained my question, and received a call back within the hour with a complete explanation addressing my concern.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
As an adult with a severely wondering right eye, I really appreciated Dr. Tong's work. I can now drive at night with ease. In addition Dr. Tong called me twice at home to make sure everthing was right. I do appreciate Dr. Tong and thank him for the great work.

Dr. Tong probably wrote these two other reviews himself because my 2 year old son and I waited in his child unfriendly waiting room for 30 mins. beyond our appointment time. His staff (specifically the goofy fat white boy) were incosiderate and rather rude. I would only recommend him to someone as a joke.
