Dr Diabo is a great pediatrician. The office is brand new and stunning. I can always and easily get an appointment when my kids need one. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Premier Pediatrics is the best office I've ever been to! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The Dr answered all my questions, and her staff was so receptive! The office is brand new and the kids love it! I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I love the Dr, but her staff is very unproffesional, they never go above and beyond when ever Its needed. It sad to say but I must look for a new facility to take my children. I guess the saying is true " Just because everything is Glits doesnt mean it's all Glam"!!! The phone service sucks they had me on hold one time for an hour when I finally hung up and called back It went straight to voicemail... Such a shame, I hope the Dr can eventually see the same way her office is upgraded so does her staff need to be....

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Also, Dr. Diabo just moved in to a brand new, beautiful office that is super kid friendly. it even has a playhouse in the waiting room! My kids don't ever want to leave!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Dr Diabo is so fantastic with my kids!!

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. And I absolutely love Dr Diabo. She is so kind, caring, and professional!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
