It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Henry Dorn is a great dr and I ended up having my vbac when other doctors wouldn't even consider a vbac. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Great care and great doctor.

I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
