I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They are nice but sometimes overbooked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments.They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
