Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Surprised at the substandard care. Lack of staff, patients in the hall, along with equipment. Hotdogs for dinner. Hotdogs are not a proper dietary diet. CMS missed the ball here.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here.There is one Physical Therapist that does not like music but some patients find it helpful while doing therapy. It should be up to the patients if they want music during their therapy not the Therapist. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. This is the second time my wife has been there for therapy after surgery and everyone was great and the therapy was great and she is recovering great. Thanks for making my wife able to do the things she was able to do before her surgery and helping with her recovery.
