The facility has evening nursing staff that are unfriendly and do not have the best interests of their patients at heart. They have a very rude and unkind nurse at night who has repeatedly disregarded good care for a patient. She does not like anyone to provide information or ask her questions and consequently this person has caused harm to a resident's mental well being. It's sad that she is allowed to be in charge of so many patients during the evening when family or other visitors are not around to counteract her mean spirited demeanor and care of patients.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This place was absolutely horrible, to put it to the point, never seen the nurses once give my mother any medications, my mother's so-called nurse knew nothing about a feeding tube. Never seen a doctor once. she died of kidney failure due to they didn't give her any fluids the whole time she was there. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Not afraid to give my real name you know you people were wrong for what you did to my mother, and thats something you have to live with the rest of your life! Please don't e-mail me either, I think you people did enough!
