If it is the last good deed i do on this earth , it would be to say ...Please do not sent a loved one to white hills ! Horrible care and no commpashion . Communication stinks . My Father ended up with several infections . Also several times when i was ther foe long periods of time ti visit not one person poked ther head in the room to see if all was well . also during these visits no one came in to even see if my Father needed to be changed . They also kept in sitisting that he had not lost any weight when we finaily insisted that he be weighed in front of us we found he had lost 31 pounds . He also had markes fron the buckels on his wheel chair that went unadressed , I realy hope i need not say more... Please dont do it i beg of you . if you would like to speak about our story you may contact us at 616-633-1491 Thanks for listening . We are Reporting them to proper athorities and seeking action ,and explanations from white hills .

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm hoping they will acknowledge my friend, Ruth Crothers Birthday on 6-5-She'd be thrilled!
