It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They are 26 CNA's short, you are subjedt to be called in at anytime due to these shortages, so people at other positions are supposed to help out when they are short staff, but are not qualified to do the position. RN & LVN's are very lazy and put off work on cna's, so cna's quit leaving them short, which give them terrible patient care. Management has done a poor job in retaining good employee's.
