from a concerned family member to one of your residents that is my grandmother i had to witness her laying on the floor from falling out of her wheelchair and her eyes were closed and my mother was tryin to make sure she was ok after she had fallen on your hard tile floor and my mother was told to get out of the way and that nursing home can not use seat belt restraints on residents in the nursing home i also find that it is neglect not to check a patients vital signs after they have fallen out of their wheel chairs . an i would like to hear back on this matter soon
