MY ATTITUDE ABOUT BEING A PATIENT AT VAN DUYN CENTER FOR REHAB AND NURSING CHANGED. At first, I was upset about coming here and not returning to my other facility, but the nurses here are very good and therapy is outstanding. Food isn't bad and my room and common areas are very clean. I also enjoyed the activities.

I would recommend Van Duyn for rehab. Food was very good. Therapy was very good. Nursing was good
