CNA in charge of my mom at night was horrible. Did not assist my Mother when taking her to the bathroom acted annoyed that she had to come in the room. She did not put a belt around her to support her walking so my mom fell down and received a black eye, lacerations on both legs and arm. And then they tried to blame her saying she got out of bed on her own. I feel sorry for the patients who cannot communicate there and are unable to defend themselves. They tried to say my mom was confused and she was not, just very upset that this happened to her. This is her 3rd time at this facility and her last. It has gotten worse with each visit and this will be her last time here. We had her moved to another facility and they were not even going to assist her in this move. They were going to make her pay, until I asked to speak with the administrator and then it was OK, we will have her relocated. If you care about your family member going here, THINK TWICE!!!!!!!
