They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I definitely don't trust their advice. Not enough staff.. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.
