Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

When I called to make an appointment, I was told no appointment was necessary, and when I arrived, I was immediately directed to the appropriate person with no waiting time required. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in providing guidance for various aspects to be considered. They answered every question thoroughly and assured me that they are always available if I should have additional questions.
