My Gramps was a patient here for about 6 months. He can’t stop raving about the incredible staff at Split Rock Rehab. Everybody was so kind and respectful. The therapy was tremendous for his health. To the rockstar team at Split Rock, I thank you very very much !!!

I have been working almost 6 months with Split Rock Rehabilitation and Health Care Center as a remote USRN. The facility taught me well with work ethics and the structural work itself. Together with the amazing mentors and colleagues I have, they made the whole environment a opportunity for career growth, great experience in a different area of nursing health and a suitable working place that would sustain for a long period of time. Nothing beats our teamwork here, Hence; hand in hand, we achieve the facility's goal as a team, that is also directed to success.

I am currently a resident at Split Rock Rehab. I would like to commend the nursing staff who assist me daily and the recreation department who keeps everyone active through activities. Split Rock is a good facility. The staff is caring and attentive to all our needs.

Best Facility in the Bronx. Great place for rehab and nursing care. I keep myself busy in all the activities. The recreation department is friendly and keeps all the residents busy with a variety of activities like music, parties, socials, art programs, etc

I've lived at Split Rock & Health Care Center for the past 7 years and have met so many wonderful staff members. I especially want to thank Christina, the recreation director and her staff: Angelique, Roanna, Rosa, Ana, and Christine for the excellent and diversified activity programs which meets the interests and needs of all of us. I would truly give Split Rock a rating of 5-stars.

My mom was recently admitted. So far I am very happy with my case worker . However, I am disappointed with the nursing staff. I called to check on my mom’s progress. The nurse said that her blood sugar was 530 and she is a diabetic. I repeatedly called to get info regarding this and I was ignored. This is a dangerous situation. Not a nurse picked up the phone to explain why this was happening. My mom was just placed there I hope that I am not forced to move her. This is not a good sign.

The staff at split rock rehabilitation were very good to me. The food is great. The care is excellent. My wife was a previous resident and liked it here. Her care was excellent and that's why I chose to come here. I pushed for the hospital to send me here.
