I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
