They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

I was very comfortable the entire time. They gave a higher level of care as compared to others I have been to. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have been inside many (10+ nursing homes).

I would never send any of my family here!! Most of the nurses ignore the residents, they get bed sores & the staff falseifies documentation, they don't even do the treatments half of the time because the nurse is too busy flirting with another staff member. They get away with this behavior because the majority of dept. heads are Philipino & the Philipino staff can get away with murder!! Well, can not send a patient out because she didn't assess him after he fell & broke his hip, the morning shift found him! The owner yells & demeans his staff all the time, it makes me sick! Staff has not had a raise in 3+ years, yet he can make cosmetic changes in the facility! The place still smells, has mold stains, water stains, it still leaks in the hallways when it rains, When it's hot, the aircondition is old, so it's 75 degrees or more in the facility, try working in those conditions or living in them!! For the alert patients, there are no outings for then to go on, only to Walmart, & for patients who have little money...how fun is that?? All in all...the owner & certain staff twist things, certain staff hide A LOT of things from him, staff changes documentation, does not do treatment every day as ordered, does not give all medication or insulin every day as ordered either & the nurses are aware of who does & who does not!! IT IS SAD. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE...THEY MIGHT NOT LIVE VERY LONG!!

they have covered up stories things happen to patients and patients have sex in there room i one time con fronted the owner about these problematic he told you will never find a job again the was one patient who had black ants all over there body the whole the night sift didn't bother to check until morning when i check i took him a shower 3 times the hospital try ed to cover it up this hospital 2 years ago had lots of problem maybe there still covering up stuff Steve is the half owner he owns other bumpiness to where they try to cover up stuff that happens sometimes they have nurses that dnt even give baths to the residents. and if they dnt like you they try to sent you somewhere else. a nurse is suppose to care that hospital is all about money that sad
