When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

There was not one staff member that even acted like they cared. Their favorite statement is "It's not my job". They left bedside commodes full most of the day and one day my brother layed in his bed for 3 hr without bed linen. They took the linen off and never came back to remake the bed. They fussed at him for being incontinent. I am very disappointed in this facility. If you ask a question, they act as if you are bothering them. Find another facility if you care about your loved one!

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
