Their entrance staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The bed side satff didn't help my family member as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all his questions. It was pretty hard to find parking. The staff are very rough with my family member. Just assisting with a bed pan they hurt him several times. We recieved a call from the facilities head nurse on Sat. afternoon telling us that our family member was on suicide watch because they told a staff member they wanted to kill themself. Then before the call ended the the nurse says "Oh I'm sorry I called for the wrong patient. The person we have to watch is in the bed next to your family member. She procedes to tell us the patient's issues, then she starts laughing and hangs up. I called back to speak with the person incharge and it was the same person that just hang up on me. This head person has no business in this position. I think there is a violation of patient rights and a violation of patient information. I do not recommend this institution for anyone.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.
