They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
