My mother was here for about 3 weeks. The staff was awful. I think it would have been even worse if we hadn't been there every day. If they are that bad when someone is with the patient, just guess how bad they are when you leave them alone. I wouldn't recommend a dog to this facility. They would leave my mother in feces for hours at a time. The excuse every time would be that they didn't know. Obviously no one there ever knew anything.

I recently had have my father placed in this facility. All I can say given what some folks have experienced at other nursing homes, this is a first class operation. The staff is attentive and the communication is more than I could have hoped for. My Father is still there recovering and I rest at night nowing he is in great hands.
