Went here to visit my girlfriend's stepmom after we got a call from her. Even when you walk in the door you get a feeling of depression. We had never been here before but noone even looked at us twice or asked if we needed help. We brought her groceries containing things she can eat as she had her teeth pulled for dentures and for dinner they brought her a sandwich which she couldnt eat. About 10 minutes after we got there a nurse after seeing us come in with bags brought her mashed potatoes and icecream (no utensils) and when her stepmom asked about her pain pills the nurse sighed and told her that shes not the only one that needs their meds (it was 930 at night, they should have been all given their dinner meds way before then...) Her roommate is a nice older lady but you can tell has been treated horribly, they put her in a diaper and who knows how long they let them go between changings it was soaked and the smell from it was so bad it was uncomfortable to even breath. When leaving we noticed the only view they have is in the sitting room which is a view of the cemetery across the street. And also saw the same nurse that was supposed to be bringing her pain meds still chatting with another nurse at the end of the hall. I dont know how this place is still in business and not shut down for neglect. Everyone there needs to get out of this place immediately, its not safe for them and definately not a place to help them get better.
