MY MOTHER WAS PUT IN THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO, SINCE THEN SHE HAS BEEN IN & OUT OF THE HOSPITAL WITH SEVERE UTI'S. EVERYTIME WE GO TO VISIT SHE IS IN HER BED WITH HER SHOES ON AND A BIG BLANKET ON HER (ITS SUMMER TIME)AND SAY THAT SHE IS NAPPING SO WE CANNOT TAKE HER OUT OF HER BED. SHE IS ALWAYS WEARING SOMEONE ELSES CLOTHES AND NOT HERS. THE NURSES ARE VERY RUDE & SO IS THE OWNER. THE STATE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND REVIEW THEIR VIDEOS, THEY DO HAVE CAMERAS.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes

No, I don't think so

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.
