Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

My father has been a patient here. I feel the care is substandard and that some of the people who work there are undertrained or just don't care. They do not have the best interest of the patients at heart (they are rude and disrespectfull right in front of you they don't hide their dislike of of there job!!). They just do not have enough employees to provide the care needed. Older facility that has not been cared for properly. Strong urine smell throughout . It's really a shame the get away with poor care, but what can you do? They get paid by the government so you cant hold back them getting paid it's a take it or leave it situation. Note there is no security anyone can come and go as they please. On weekends when no managers are around staff can be found outside sitting or sleeping in cars.
