They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the fieldevery one made it easy to get my mom placed and in. they found her a better room after she was in with a friend room mate.my doctor has great things to say about your place and friends who have had family there.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

My grandmother was in this nusing home in the rehabilatative care unit for a short time before she died. Someone in the nursing home stole her watch and her cell phone when she got sick. Members of the staff were rude when I tried to call in to check on her. While my grandmother was there, several of the elderly patients that I talked to were sick with diarrhia which made me very concerned about the hand washing and cleanliness of this nursing home. I was VERY dissatisfied with the service at this nursing home.
