The hallways in the rehab center smelled like urine and feces. They did not have a working phone in any of the patients room. There were no showers in any of the patients room. While friendly, the staff seemed very inexperienced. Do not recommend coming here.

I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
