They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to address any concerns i might have regarding my loved one. I never had to wait for them to show up. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my loved ones health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were very responsive to any questions i have had no matter what time of day or night. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. Overall very good experience here..

I transfered my mother to this facility because it was recommended by a friend therefore I assumed her recommendation was valid. After two weeks of having my mother at this facility like many other facilities, you have a handful of people who enjoy their work and therefore it is evident that they dont just show up for a paycheck but 90% of the staff is rude, loud and obnoxious. When my mother presses her call bell, despite being place DIRECTLY infront of the nursing station, it takes more than an hour for anyone to see or ask her what the problem is, as witnessed by my own eyes. They NEVER wash their hands upon entering the room after dealing with other patients and when they administer medications, THEY NEVER EXPLAIN OR TELL THE PATIENT AS PER PROTOCOL WHAT THEY ARE MEDICATIONS ARE BEING HANDED TO THEM IN A CUP FULL OF ALL MEDS. I understand the percentage of patients at this facility are geriatric, patients with dementia, but my mother is a 54year old woman who has full cognitive function and is treated like shes a helpless 90 year old. First week of entering the rehab she could NOT lift her arms to feed herself after being in ICU for three weeks and unless a family member was present to help assist her with her feedings she just never ate, because the staff didnt take the time out to assist her. I am very dissapointed in her experience with this facility. Thank GOD she is recovering very fast and hopefully I will be able to transfer out of this facility very soon. Do not bring your loved one here. I understand that the patient to nurse ratio is very high but the staffs values for patient care are not what they should be. When I call to speak to a Nursing Supervisor, my comments and concerns are not validated, are immediately dismissed and some of the supervisors are rude as well. It takes forever for anyone to answer a phone at the station. Not a good facility at all. Again, STAY clear of this facility. The rehab therapist or the medical staff I should say we have not had any issues with and do their jobs accordingly but NO ONE has yet gone above and beyond their scope of practice. If you want bare minimum care, then this is the place for you.

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were on the vent floor. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They don't wash their hands, and they use long nails to handle PEG tubes and rip into them with their nails causing the PEG to have tears in it.
