I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
The memory unit there was a very nice layout, but the nurses and other staff at the nurses station didn't seem too friendly. They just stared and no smiles, no greetings nor a simple hello. The tour guide was nice but I felt like the tour was rushed and like she seem preoccupied with other things.
