The administration will not get back with me. They are not responsive. They were nice before I moved my parent in. But now they won't respond.

The folks are Lancaster Manor had our mother and grandmother in the past year! I can't recommend them highly enough! they , along with Asera Care Hospice --Jan and her team! are comforting and professional.

Thanks to all of the great folks at both places for your help!

lancastor manor is a joke, they have a highly immature staff. the residents their deserve better.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
