I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
