I didn't like what I heard from my family member. I was actually in tears before I could even think of how bad it really was. The staff was complaining because they were called into the room after my family member called to the nurses to use the restroom and they didn't come. So they had to come and change the bed spread and clothing. They didn't make sure that my family member ate or got her sugar right. I do not recommend this facility and I do not appreciate the fact of the unhappiness that my family member endured. I am really dissappointed in hearing the bad review. :(
