I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They wrote untruthful reports to every nursing home stating I camp out at their facility,the day of my Mother discharge they inform the social worker they did not want her back,they put All her belongings out on the patio.My Mother is on a feedind tube,she is on diaysis,can not talk and she did not deserve this type of treatment by these LIARS! Yes,i check on my Mom because in life we only get one Mother,when I goes to sleep at night I want to tell Jesus I am doing your WILL! Before i quit my job to take care of my Mom,she was in very bad condition,now since I have keep checking in on her the staff there got mad about it including charge nurses and administrators.I advise anyone do not leave your love ones there without checking upon them.They still have beds that have handles to unwind at the end,where residents have fallen out because they have no button to elevate the bed.Many bruises were on the residents because of fallen out of the bed..Roaches big as my head were crawling all over the place.Then the Administrator,Paign Skinner came in screaming to the top of her lungs waking my mom up asking WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT YOUR MOM SUGAR BEING HIGH(324).I could not believe what she have done,my cousin and I .Mom woke up with her eyes wide open and scared in disbelief.This is NOT a top rated facility.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
