They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Both my Grandmother and Great Grandmother were at HCC for several years. It has a family like atmosphere that puts you at ease when you walk in the door. Their activities are so much fun. Family always feels welcome. The nursing care couldn't have been better. The Admin was very hands on and always involved in the care of my grandparents. I recammend it above any other in Amarillo.
