Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for my grandparents, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
