They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait quite a while
