We were extremely unhappy with the pushy staff. They treated us terrible, they would not even let us finish a sentence. They continually threatened us if we did not put our family member in a home, and we did not have any confirmation of an approval date from medical. Customer service went out the window there. It takes time for this. Luckily we found a great place to send our family member. Praise the Lord.
