Easy entry and very clean. When I found my loved one she was sitting along with 25 others in a comfortable room listening to a live dj play music with requests. Even a few dancers. Staff was delight

I came to Evergreen Commons to complete rehab for my leg. They did great, I would give them 150% if I could. The rehabilitation was great, activities and nursing are very good.

Evergreen Common's physical therapy is very good. The therapist took the time to explain things to me and the care the nurses provided me was good.
