They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I felt safe and warm while I was there. The staff treated me nicely. I stay 2 hours away and I'm glad to feel welcome.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
