I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. At the end of the day, you have to be your own advocate and make it a point to get to know the staff that will be looking after your loved one. The responsibility starts with the family members. My experience at Country Villa has not been a bad one all together.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
