My mother was recently placed here and I can only say good things about the environment. I was very concerned with the level of care and attention my mother would get after experiencing less than favorable circumstances with my father's care....but this place put my mind at ease! Even when there are difficulties, the staff handles everything with professionalism and efficiency, and I love the administrator, Randy. He is a great man with an even greater heart that truly puts my mother and the other residents first. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone searching.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

My husband is in the skilled nursing section of Cedar Creek and when he goes to Long Term Care, we are looking to have him stay at this facility. From the head of the Center to every person we have met, I have the uptmost respect. I could not be happier with the care I have seen my husband receive and the patience of the staff as he has dementia. I would recommend this center to anyone. Anyplace that puts cloth tabelcloths on the tables with cloth napkins is amazing. The food is well prepared and from all accounts the patients I have seen enjoy the food. The facility is as clean as possible, people are friendly and caring, and best run place that I could ever ask for to take care of my husband. Five stars fits this facility.
