Briarleaf provides wonderful care of its patients and is terrific to families. The staff is friendly and open. The facility is clean, any messes that occur being quickly cleaned up. I strongly recommend this facility for persons whose loved ones can no longer live at home and need special and understanding care.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
